All rentals require a signed rental agreement before gear can be released. Fill it out quickly and securely through DocuSign — no printing or scanning needed.

Flyin' In Productions, LLC named as Loss Payee and Additional Insured

Liability and Rented Equipment Policy required

Coverage and deductible amount as shown in the COI example

No unattended vehicle exclusion

Global coverage required for rentals outside of the US

COI Example

Certificate of Insurance Example

Your Certificate of Insurance (COI) must list Flyin' In Productions, LLC as both the Loss Payee and Additional Insured. This is required before any gear can be released.

Use the example COI to the left as a guide when requesting your certificate from your insurance provider. Make sure all required fields match — including coverage type, deductible amounts, and the no unattended vehicle clause.
