The ONE Tray allows you to add round 138mm, 4 x 5.65″, or 4 x 4″ filters to use with the matte box. The other two included filter trays allow you to install additional 4 x 5.65 or 4 x 4 filters to your setup, and they feature a spring-loaded clasp to make it easy to insert and remove each tray. The included carbon fiber top flag features extendable, slide-out wings to protect the lens from glare. Optional frame-safe clamp adapters, a 15mm LWS swing-away arm, or other clip-on or swing-away mounts are available to mount the matte box onto your rig.
Add a matte box to your rig with this Misfit Kick Matte Box Core from Bright Tangerine. It features the core frame, carbon fiber shade, and a two-stage adjustable filter stage assembly, expandable to three-stage by adding a third tray. Ultra-compact and lightweight, this matte box can go from accepting one, two, or three separately available 4 x 4 or 4 x 5.65″ filter trays.
The matte box core is compatible with Bright Tangerine lens clamp adapters, allowing you to attach the matte box to a wide range of lens sizes from 80 to 143mm. You can also add optional top and side flags, available separately. The Misfit also supports optional rod-mount, clip-on, or swing-away bracket assemblies for more efficient lens swaps.
